EXPORT MANAGER (confectionery And Food)

Job description:

You will be responsible for driving export sales and managing export business development activities. This position requires a strong background in FMCG export sales, specifically in the food manufacturing sector, along with a proven track record in Confectionary and Bakery Export Sales.

You will play a vital role in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives, building and maintaining strong client relationships and leading a high-performing export sales team. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders on an international level.

• Experienced in Export Marketing (Extensive knowledge in Confectionary/Foods)
• Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company sales.
• Managing relationships with international clients, vendors, and business partners.
• Negotiating contracts with new vendors and clients.
• Developing and implementing plans for increasing market share through brand awareness, new product development, and advertising.
• Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors.
• Managing the inventory of goods held in storage facilities, including monitoring stock levels and ordering replacements when necessary.
• Preparing financial reports about sales activity, costs, and profit margins for international markets.
• Managing the shipment to customer delivery.
• Coordinating freight shipments to ensure that they arrive on time and without damage.
• Establishing and managing relationships with freight carriers and other service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Cooperating with other departments within the company to ensure that all international business operations run smoothly.
• Requirements:
• MBA Marketing, Master’s Degree, or related field
