1. International Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets across different countries.
- Generate leads and build a strong overseas customer base.
- Conduct market research to understand global trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
2. Sales & Client Management
- Communicate with international clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
- Handle client inquiries, share product details, negotiate terms, and close orders.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
3. Export Documentation & Coordination
- Coordinate with logistics teams for timely shipment preparation.
- Prepare and manage export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, Insurance, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and shipping procedures.
4. Marketing & Promotion
- Develop marketing materials for international buyers.
- Participate in global trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meetings.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives targeting overseas markets.
5. Cross-Department Coordination
- Collaborate with production, dispatch, finance, and quality teams to ensure order accuracy and timely deliveries.
- Monitor orders from inquiry to dispatch and solve issues proactively.
