1. International Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets across different countries.
  • Generate leads and build a strong overseas customer base.
  • Conduct market research to understand global trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

2. Sales & Client Management

  • Communicate with international clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
  • Handle client inquiries, share product details, negotiate terms, and close orders.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

3. Export Documentation & Coordination

  • Coordinate with logistics teams for timely shipment preparation.
  • Prepare and manage export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, Insurance, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and shipping procedures.

4. Marketing & Promotion

  • Develop marketing materials for international buyers.
  • Participate in global trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meetings.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives targeting overseas markets.

5. Cross-Department Coordination

  • Collaborate with production, dispatch, finance, and quality teams to ensure order accuracy and timely deliveries.
  • Monitor orders from inquiry to dispatch and solve issues proactively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
