Position Summary

Shree Components is seeking a proactive and results-driven Export Marketing Executive / Lead to develop and manage international business opportunities for precision-machined and engineered metal components. The role focuses on global customer acquisition, RFQ management, and long-term account development across industrial, automotive, and OEM segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new export customers and markets (Europe, USA, Middle East, Asia, etc.)
  • Manage export RFQs, coordinate with engineering and costing teams, and prepare competitive quotations
  • Communicate with international clients via email, calls, video meetings, and trade platforms
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and distributors
  • Coordinate internally with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution
  • Handle export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, HS codes, Incoterms, and compliance requirements
  • Track inquiries, follow-ups, and orders using CRM / ERP systems
  • Participate in trade fairs, virtual meetings, and customer visits as required
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, International Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–7 years of experience in export marketing / international sales (manufacturing industry preferred)
  • Strong understanding of export procedures, Incoterms, and international trade practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to handle technical discussions and drawings (machined components experience preferred)
  • Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in precision machining, fittings, fasteners, or automotive components
  • Exposure to European / US OEM customers
  • Familiarity with ISO / IATF-certified manufacturing environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
