Market Development & Sales

  • Identify and develop new export markets for Glass Bottle and Jars
  • Generate and convert international leads through emails, calls, trade fairs, B2B portals, and distributors.
  • Prepare and negotiate export quotations, pricing, and contracts.
  • Achieve export sales targets and revenue growth.

Customer & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, agents, and distributors.
  • Handle customer inquiries, product specifications, samples, and order confirmations.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams to meet customer requirements.

Export Operations & Documentation

  • Coordinate export order execution from order receipt to shipment.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations, INCOTERMS, and country-specific requirements.
  • Work with logistics partners on shipping schedules, freight rates, and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure accuracy of export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, LC, etc.).

Marketing & Promotion

  • Promote Glass Bottles in international markets through digital marketing, catalogs, and exhibitions.
  • Participate in international trade fairs and virtual buyer–seller meets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the global packaging industry.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare export sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
  • Track payment collections and coordinate with finance for export payments.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of export marketing and international trade procedures
  • Understanding of packaging materials and quality standards
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and B2B portals
  • Knowledge of INCOTERMS, LC, export documentation, and logistics
  • Ability to work with multicultural clients and time zones

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
