Position: Export Officer

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience of manufacturing sector preferable Leather industry

Qualification: Bachelor's / Master's degree in a relevant field.

Location: Head Office, Karachi

Job Responsibilities:

· Independently handled end-to-end air/sea export shipments; planned and managed the movement of goods via air, including booking, documentation, customs clearance, and final dispatch.

· Oversee and manage export operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of export shipments.

· Maintain and update daily status reports on export shipments, including tracking and tracing information.

· Handle correspondence with clients, provide updates on shipment status, and resolve any arising issues.

· Review and respond to filings on the customs portal, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and procedures.

· Prepare, review, and maintain export-related documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and customs forms etc

· Ensure compliance with export regulations, laws, and procedures, staying updated on any changes.

· Experience in handling Custom Affairs, Bank Affairs, Duty Calculation, Export Costing.

· Independently plans and manages the end-to-end movement of goods via Air Export from order receipt through pickup, transit, and final delivery—ensuring timely execution and cost-effective logistics.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management from a reputable institute.

· Minimum 1-3 years of experience in export operations.

· Ability to prepare, review, and maintain export-related documents, ensuring accurate billing and compliance with port and shipping regulations.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
