Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Export Officer to join our team at Tempo Sports Pvt Ltd, a manufacturer of soccer balls, fitness, and boxing equipment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in export management, exceptional knowledge of export documentation, and expertise in shipment logistics.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all export operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

2. Prepare and verify export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.

3. Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines to ensure timely and efficient shipment of goods.

4. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other logistics providers.

5. Ensure accurate and timely filing of export declarations and other required documents.

6. Stay up-to-date with changes in export regulations, tariffs, and other trade-related matters.

7. Analyze and mitigate risks associated with international trade, including customs clearance, transportation, and insurance.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in export management, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.

2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.

3. Exceptional knowledge of export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.

4. Expertise in shipment logistics, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and transportation.

5. Familiarity with EFS, PSW, and other shipment logistics software.

6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
