Export Operations Analyst (FTZ)

Alliance Operating Services (AOS) is a rapidly growing logistics and Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) services provider located near DFW Airport. As our client portfolio continues to expand, we are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Export Operations Analyst to support export and FTZ operations and play a key role in delivering best-in-class service to our customers.

This is an on-site role (5 days per week) working alongside a highly collaborative operations and compliance team.

Position Overview:

The Export Operations Analyst (FTZ) will support customer accounts by coordinating export and FTZ activities, ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs regulations, and facilitating the movement of goods into and out of zone facilities. This role requires strong communication skills, operational discipline, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with day-to-day FTZ and export support
• Coordinate shipments with customers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners
• Prepare and transmit Foreign Trade Zone documentation to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)
• Manage priority and time-sensitive shipments supporting critical product launches
• Assist with weekly FTZ estimates and entry filings for merchandise entering U.S. commerce
• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure compliance standards are met
• Develop working knowledge of CBP Regulations, FTZ Manual, Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTSUS)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Interest in customs compliance, international trade, and FTZ operations
• CCS (Certified Customs Specialist) and/or LCB (Licensed Customs Broker) preferred

Pay: $50,424.88 - $60,726.74 per year
