Export Operations Specialist

GEO EXPORTING is hiring a Reefer Operations Specialist for a full-time, on-site position in Alexandria, Egypt.

The ideal candidate will manage all reefer operations, coordinate with sales and management, and ensure the smooth handling of all export shipments from booking to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Obtain the best freight rates for reefer shipments from shipping lines.

•⁠ ⁠Handle all shipping documentation from A to Z, including SI, VGM, and follow up on the shipment until the Delivery Order (DO) is received by the customer.

•⁠ ⁠Have good relations with shipping lines.

•⁠ ⁠Making daily reports to the top management.

Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 3 years of experience in reefer operations.

•⁠ ⁠Understanding of reefer cargo handling, temperature control, and pre-trip inspection (PTI) procedures.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent command of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel (data tracking, reporting, shipment scheduling).

•⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.
