Export Planner

• Handling complete Supply chain of Exports for Raw Material & Finished goods. Managing end-to-end export operations.
• Compliance and accuracy
• Co-ordination with factories/procurement team/ supply chain team for raw material & FG for on time Production/dispatch
• Ensuring proper packaging/labelling with compliance to the rules & regulation of the respective country
• Independently handling Freight forwarding for the shipments related to ancillary unit of Dabur i.e. Dubai, Egypt etc.
• Arrangement of containers & their stuffing at factory/port
• Handling shipment clearance & all issue related to excise/customs.
• Final checking of pre/post shipment documents for custom/buyer/bank purpose.
• Co-ordination with inspection agency like SGS & EIA for the clearance of shipment & approval of sample
• Ensuring timely dispatch of shipment, documents to buyer/bank & inspection agencies
• Maintaining MIS regarding the shipments
• Resolving queries received from ancillary unit/Marketing team on day-to-day basis

Education & experience

MBA or PGDBM from reputed college / university. (Preferential: UG in Business Administration & MBA/PGD in International Business / Supply Chain Management Stream) with 6-9 years of experience of relevant industry.
