- Develop and maintain relationships with international customers, suppliers, and logistics partners
- Coordinate the export of goods and services, including arranging transportation, customs clearance, and delivery
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, including obtaining necessary licenses and permits
- Monitor international market trends and conditions, and make recommendations to management regarding export opportunities
- Prepare and manage export documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations
- Negotiate export contracts, prices, and terms with customers and suppliers
- Manage the resolution of any issues or disputes that arise during the export process
- Prepare export reports and analyses, and provide regular updates to management regarding export activities and performance
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and build relationships with international customers and suppliers

- Coordinating with production planning teams to ensure material availability and avoid production delays
