We are rapidly expanding our global footprint and seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented individual to support and drive our international sales operations from our Samrala facility.
The Role
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Export Sales Assistant to manage the critical processes that ensure smooth international delivery and strong customer relationships. This is a vital support role focused on maximizing export efficiency and client satisfaction.

- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Export Documentation, or International Trade support.
- Education: Mandatory Master's Degree (e.g., MBA/PGDM in International Business, Marketing, or a similar relevant field).
- Language Proficiency: Fluent written and verbal English communication skills are essential for international correspondence.
- Technical Skills: Excellent Computer Knowledge, including:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel for data analysis/reporting).
- Experience with CRM or ERP software.
- Preference: Female candidates are preferred. Freshers can also be considered.
Core Responsibilities
1. Sales & Customer Relations
- Act as the primary point of contact for international customer inquiries regarding pricing, product specifications, and order status.
- Assist the Export Manager in preparing and delivering sales quotations, tender documents, and maintaining client databases.
- Cultivate and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction levels.
- Possess strong negotiation and communication skills to clearly articulate product value and resolve issues professionally.
2. Export Documentation & Logistics
- Manage the end-to-end documentation process for international shipments (e.g., invoices, packing lists, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Inspection Certificates, etc.).
- Coordinate effectively with production, quality, customs agents, and freight forwarders to ensure timely and compliant delivery of components.
- Monitor global logistics and shipping schedules, tracking shipments and updating customers on delivery timelines.
3. Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of all export sales, documentation, and communication.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports, forecast sheets, and analyze international market trends.
- Ensure all export activities comply with Indian foreign trade policies and destination country regulations.
