The company also operates a steel service production center that integrates cold rolled sheet, galvanized sheet, and painted sheet production processes. Within this scope, Tezcan manufactures:

Cleaned hot rolled sheets suitable for cold forming and deep drawing,

 Galvanized steels suitable for cold forming,

 Painted galvanized steels,

 Non-alloy structural steels,

 Cold rolled sheet metals aligned with customer-specific demands.

In line with our growth strategy, we are now seeking a highly qualified and experienced Sales and Business Devolopment Manager who will add value to our organization and play a key role in ensuring operational and sales excellence.

We are seeking an experienced Export Sales & Business Development Manager to lead and expand our company’s presence in the iron and steel industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving international sales growth, building global customer networks, and managing the complete export sales process — from prospecting and negotiation to shipment and after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and execute export sales and business development strategies for iron and steel products.

 Identify and establish new customer accounts, agents, and distributors in target international markets.

 Conduct market research to analyze demand, pricing, and competitor activities in global iron & steel markets.

 Manage all export-related operations:

 Prepare quotations and commercial offers in accordance with Incoterms.

 Negotiate and finalize contracts with international customers.

 Oversee export documentation, customs clearance, and logistics processes.

 Build long-term partnerships with international clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

 Monitor global trade regulations, customs tariffs, and compliance requirements related to iron & steel exports.

 Represent the company at international trade fairs, industry exhibitions, and B2B meetings.

 Provide regular export sales reports, forecasts, and profitability analyses to senior management.

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or Engineering (MBA preferred).

 5–10 years of proven experience in export sales and international business development, preferably in the iron & steel sector.

 Strong knowledge of Incoterms, export financing, customs procedures, and global logistics.

 Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing international export deals.

 Excellent communication and presentation skills.

 Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages such as German, French, Arabic, or Russian is a plus).

Ability to travel abroad frequently and work effectively in multicultural environments.

High commercial awareness, analytical mindset, and a result-oriented approach. Coordinate closely with production, supply chain, and quality departments to meet international customer specifications.
