We are looking for an experienced Export Sales Professional to manage International Sales operations and Export Documentation. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new markets, handling overseas clients and ensuring smooth execution of export orders in compliance with trade regulations and documentation standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunity in International markets.
2. Prepare and negotiate sales quotations, proforma invoices and contracts with buyers.
3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to formulate export strategies.
4. Manage export documentation including LC, BL, COO, Phytosanitary Certificate, Invoice, Packing List, etc.
5. Coordinate with CHA, shipping lines, freight forwarders and buyers to ensure timely dispatches.
6. Handle export order processing from confirmation to shipment and post-shipment follow-ups.
7. Ensure compliance with international trade and export regulations.
8. Maintain strong communication with overseas clients for order updates and documentation support.
9. Prepare export MIS reports and support management in decision-making.
Requirements:
1. Graduate / MBA in International Business, Foreign Trade or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Export Sales & Documentation (preferably from the Rice Industry).
3. Preference to candidate with Arabic or French language speaking proficiency.
4. Knowledge of export documentation, LC terms and shipment procedures.
5. Strong communication and coordination skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office, email correspondence and ERP tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
