  • Develop and implement strategies to increase export sales and expand the company's presence in international markets.
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, distributors, and partners in target countries.
  • Conduct market research to analyze global trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with overseas clients while ensuring compliance with export regulations.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor and follow up on payments, shipments, and post-sale services to ensure smooth operations.
  • Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s products.
  • Prepare reports on export activities, sales forecasts, and market performance for management review.
  • Develop export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Evaluate and manage risks associated with international trade, such as currency fluctuations and geopolitical issues.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics partners.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market needs to propose product improvements or new offerings for international markets.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with import/export regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements in target countries.
  • Coordinate with finance teams to manage Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees (BGs), and other international payment mechanisms.
  • Provide regular updates to management on market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract international clients.
  • Train and mentor team members or junior staff on export procedures and customer relationship management.
  • Identify and explore new geographic markets and customer segments for business expansion.
  • Track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to export activities and international business growth.
  • Build a deep understanding of client needs to tailor product offerings and solutions effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
