Job Title: Export Sales Executive

Company: Hexa Plast Industries Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Vatva GIDC Phase 4, Ahmedabad

Department: Export Sales

Experience Required:2–5 years in export sales or international business development

Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Marketing / International Business preferred

Job Description:

As an **Export Sales Executive**, you will be responsible for generating international sales, building relationships with overseas clients, and ensuring smooth export operations. You will work closely with the production, logistics, and documentation teams to fulfill export orders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new international markets for company products

Handle inquiries from overseas clients and prepare quotations

Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with international buyers

Coordinate with shipping and logistics partners for timely dispatch

Ensure all export documentation is correctly prepared (invoice, packing list, BL, COO, etc.)

Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions

Monitor competitor activity and international market trends

Maintain regular communication with international clients for repeat business

Coordinate with production and QC team for timely production and quality checks

Prepare export sales reports and MIS on a weekly/monthly basis

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)

Knowledge of international trade laws and export documentation

Proficiency in MS Office, email correspondence, and CRM tools

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle international clients independently

Salary: As per industry standards

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Reporting To: Director

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
