Export Sales & Business Development
- Identify and target new international markets for FMCG products.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed export revenue targets.
- Manage and grow relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners in global markets.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in target export regions.
- Analyse and identify opportunities for new product introductions or existing product adaptations in international markets.
Export Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure all export shipments comply with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and quality standards.
Logistics & Order Management
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely export processes, including shipment tracking and delivery.
- Monitor and resolve any shipment issues or delays, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Relationship Management & Communication
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients and distributors.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-6 years of proven experience in export sales within the FMCG sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Strong understanding of international trade, export processes, and logistics.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth in global markets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and sales analytics tools.
