Export Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and target new international markets for FMCG products.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed export revenue targets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners in global markets.
Market Research & Analysis
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in target export regions.
  • Analyse and identify opportunities for new product introductions or existing product adaptations in international markets.
Export Documentation & Compliance
  • Ensure all export shipments comply with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and quality standards.
Logistics & Order Management
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely export processes, including shipment tracking and delivery.
  • Monitor and resolve any shipment issues or delays, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Relationship Management & Communication
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients and distributors.
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-6 years of proven experience in export sales within the FMCG sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of international trade, export processes, and logistics.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth in global markets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and sales analytics tools.
