Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Export Sales Executives to join our team and drive business growth in African markets. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of international sales and export processes and be motivated to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with clients in African countries.
• Promote and sell company products in target export markets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, shipping, and documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery and resolve any client issues or concerns.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in export sales or international business development.
• Knowledge of African markets is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as per company requirements.

Contract & Performance Incentives:

• Initial 6-month contract with a starting salary of AED 3,500 per month.
• AED 500 increment after 6 months upon satisfactory performance.
• Travel, boarding, and loading expenses covered as per company slab.
