Job Description


Own end-to-end export sales for finished formulations—lead generation, distributor onboarding, pricing & negotiations, documentation, and coordination with QA/RA for registrations. Ensure compliant, timely shipments and revenue growth in target countries.


Key Responsibilities


  • Market Development:
    Prospect and convert distributors/agents; manage key accounts in regulated & semi-regulated markets.


  • Commercials:
    Prepare RFQs, proforma invoices, negotiate price/MOQ, Incoterms (FOB/CIF/CFR), payment terms (LC/TT), and meet sales & collection targets.


  • Regulatory Coordination:
    Work with RA/QA to compile CTD/ACTD dossiers, CPP/CoPP, FSC, stability data, product registrations/renewals; respond to MoH queries.


  • Export Documentation:
    Coordinate invoice, packing list, COO, e-invoice/e-way (if applicable), HS codes, label/artwork approvals; support pre-shipment/post-shipment docs and bank negotiation.


  • Logistics:
    Finalise freight with forwarders, book shipments, track deliveries, and handle exceptions/claims.


  • MIS/Reporting:
    Maintain CRM/ERP, forecast demand, and share monthly dashboards on pipeline, margins, and receivables.


  • Events:
    Represent Vibcare at export exhibitions and virtual B2B meetings.


Requirements

Requirements


  • Experience:
    3+ years in pharma export sales for formulations (tablets/capsules/liquids).


  • Education:
    B.Pharm / B.Sc / MBA (International Business/Marketing preferred).


  • Knowledge:
    WHO-GMP basics, CTD/ACTD, CPP/CoPP, FSC, registration pathways, Incoterms, LC documentation, customs/freight processes.


  • Skills:
    Lead generation, negotiation, Excel & CRM, clear spoken/written English (additional languages a plus).


  • Traits:
    Target-driven, detail-oriented, strong follow-ups, willing to travel internationally when required.
