QUALIFICATIONS

Graduates from relevant departments of universities.

At least 3 years of experience in international sales and customer management,

High level of analytical skills, critical thinking, and ability in simplifying complex issues,

Having a sense of detail and being able to take initiative and responsibility,
-
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications,
-
Very good command of written and spoken Russıan and English is a must,
-
No restriction to travel abroad,
-
Good sales, communication, and reporting skills,
-
Able to initiate and sustain teamwork,
-
Having a result-oriented manner.
JOB DESCRIPTION
-
Maintains regular contact with all international customers through customer visits, demonstrations, and negotiations, online meetings and phone calls,
-
Sustaining business relations with current customers, getting their new orders and following all process till the delivery is fully completed,
-
Preparing sales reports related to products or customers,
-
Setting online calls (if possible) to get in contact with the (possible) customer in a fast way,
-
Preparing quotations as per to the customer requests, following closely to the end of getting the order,
-
Working closely with other departments,
-
Attends international exhibitions,
-
Focus on market research, finding new customers, new markets, and new opportunities,
-
Follows up on customer payments, ensures the financial debts are by the company’s and the customer’s accounts,
-
Ensures the goods are delivered to the customer without any problem,
-
Reporting to Export Sales Manager.
