Identifying new international growth opportunities. Developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts.
To maximize sales growth with the existing and new distributors/clients/customers in your assigned markets.
To effectively increase the sales of the existing and upcoming range of products as decided by the group.
Prepare forecast & agree with the customers on the annual export sales plan which will meet the company’s overall budget & business plan
Monitor any charges in the international market such as export legislative requirements & recommend or implants action to meet changing circumstances, with close follow-up on the production and freight.
Coordinate with Various division within Saint – Gobain group to achieve the company’s strategic goals though reviewing all internal & external correspondence for the designated territory, make sure that these correspondences are well understood to all involved parties in the factory
Closely following up on customers’ payments and overdue accounts.
Achieving performance goals (top line and bottom-line targets) through proactive collaboration with the field business development team, agents, and directly with customers.
Qualifications
Regional Sales roles across few markets for 5+ years.
Bachelor's Degree (Engineering or Business) - MBA desirable.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of commodity foreign markets and price trends.
Good knowledge of business and management principles.
