The Role
The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our business across the GCC markets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in export sales, a deep understanding of the GCC market, and a proven track record in the FMCG or pet food sector. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sales strategies for the GCC markets to achieve revenue and growth targets. • Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and key accounts in the region. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, distributors, and partners. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and distributors. • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and market support. • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings in the GCC region as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the GCC region. • Proven experience in the pet food or FMCG sector. • Strong network and understanding of the GCC markets and business culture. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
