EXPORT SALES MANAGER (Perfumery & Cosmetics Division)
Department: International Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Head of Sales / Director – International Business
Location: Al Jurf Industrial 2, Ajman, UAE

ROLE SUMMARY

The Export Sales Manager is responsible for driving international business growth across multiple markets through strategic sales planning, distributor management, and expansion of the company’s perfumery, personal care, and cosmetics product lines. The role requires strong knowledge of global trade, fragrance industry dynamics, and market penetration strategies to achieve revenue targets and ensure sustainable brand presence internationally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (ONE-LINE POINTS)

  • Drive international market expansion by identifying and developing new regions for perfumery and cosmetics.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, agents, and key international clients.
  • Set and achieve annual export sales targets with clear KPIs for each market.
  • Lead pricing strategies, competitor analysis, and market intelligence to support revenue growth.
  • Oversee end-to-end export documentation, compliance, and global trade requirements.
  • Coordinate with Logistics to ensure efficient order processing, shipping, and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Perfumers to tailor product selections for regional preferences.
  • Train distributors and clients on product knowledge, fragrance families, and brand guidelines.
  • Develop region-specific marketing plans in coordination with the Marketing team.
  • Represent the company in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business development events.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly/monthly sales and market performance reports.
  • Monitor distributor performance and implement corrective actions when targets are not met.
  • Support new product launches and ensure strong presence in all assigned markets.
  • Handle negotiations, contract finalizations, and long-term commercial agreements.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Strong understanding of fragrance profiles, notes, IFRA guidelines, and perfumery basics.
  • Knowledge of international export procedures, documentation, and global trade norms.
  • Competency in sales forecasting, data analysis, pricing strategies, and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple regions and adapt strategies to diverse markets.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in Export Sales, preferably in Perfumery, Cosmetics, or Beauty sector.
  • Proven experience handling multiple international markets (GCC, Africa, Asia, Europe, etc.).
  • Experience managing distributors, key accounts, and large-volume export operations.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic, French, or other languages is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
