Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Export Sales Manager with strong knowledge of the natural stone industry to expand our international presence. The role includes new client acquisition, increasing sales, strengthening global relationships, and ensuring smooth export operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop strategies to expand exports, with a major focus on the US market.

Conduct market research to identify new markets, trends, and customer needs.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.

Coordinate with internal teams to develop customised export solutions.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.

Ensure compliance with trade laws, export regulations, and customs requirements.

Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and export activity reports.

Collaborate with production, QC, finance, and logistics for smooth operations.

Stay updated with new industry developments and trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in international sales.

Mandatory USA market experience with strong travel history.

Experience in UK, Europe, Middle East is an added advantage.

Strong industry knowledge of natural stone markets.

Understanding of export documentation and customs processes.

Proven market expansion and sales achievement record.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with CRM tools, export software, and MS Office.
