Export Sales - Panels & Steel

Pyramids Steel, is a growing industrial company specialized in PPGI and Sandwich Panels.

As part of our expansion into international markets, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Export Sales Executive who will be responsible for establishing and developing the export sales function from scratch and managing the full export sales cycle independently.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales professional with a strong understanding of export sales fundamentals, capable of opening new markets, building long-term client relationships, and driving international business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and develop the company’s export sales activities.
• Identify and open new international export markets.
• Communicate directly with international clients and distributors to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Manage the full export sales cycle, including:
• Client communication
• Preparation of quotations and commercial offers
• Negotiation and deal closure
• Prepare accurate export quotations, ensuring correct pricing, discounts, and applicable taxes.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including:
• Production
• Accounting
• Handle export documentation and follow up on payments.
• Conduct market research to identify new export opportunities.
• Act as the main point of contact for all export sales activities.
• Achieve agreed international sales targets and growth objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in export sales.
• Preferably experienced in:
• Steel
• Sandwich Panels
• Building materials or similar industrial sectors
• Good understanding of export procedures and international shipping terms (Incoterms).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently without an existing export department.
• Good command of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Odoo is a plus.

Work location: 10th of Ramadan City.
