EXPORT SALES REPRESENTATIVE (MIDDLE EAST AND NORTH AFRICA)
We are looking for a teammate to be assigned to the export department of our company in the position of "EXPORT SALES REPRESENTATIVE (MIDDLE EAST & NORTH AFRICA)"
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- University graduate,
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- No travel restrictions, preferably a different country passport.
- No military service.
- Fluent in English, preferably Arabic as a second language.
- Proficient in MS Office programs, able to use EXCEL,
- Able to manage overseas sales processes, make sales, proficient in export regulations.
- Responsible, able to take initiative, prone to teamwork.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Determine target markets and strategies abroad, conduct customer research in determined markets,
- Conduct market visits, gain new customers and develop relationships with existing customers,
- Maintain and expand customer portfolio,
- Contribute to new strategies to be developed by conducting market, customer, consumer and competitor analyses,
- Conduct correspondence and necessary communication with customers,
- Organize the complete and accurate receipt of orders from customers,
- Ensure follow-up of customer orders and product deficiencies in coordination with relevant departments,
- Manage all transactions from receiving or creating orders to shipping and delivery,
- Determine the promotion and marketing tools to be used to achieve sales targets,
- Participate in domestic and international fairs and take an active role in fairs,
- Conduct sales analysis and reporting.
