Manage and develop sales activities across assigned regional markets

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts

Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base regionally

Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and agreements in line with company strategy

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights

Support product launches, promotions, and regional sales initiatives

Represent the company in regional meetings, negotiations, and trade events
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably within the FMCG industry

Proven experience handling regional or international markets is a strong advantage

Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills

Bilingual is preferred
