We are seeking an Export Sales Specialist – Africa to join our team within the International Sales Directorate.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from relevant university departments, preferably in Civil Engineering or a related field,
  • Experienced in export operations and international trade,
  • Preferably worked in the construction chemicals and/or construction sector,
  • Fluency in French and Arabic (English is an advantage)
  • Proficient in MS Office programs,
  • Strong communication skills and a good team player,
  • Able to understand and communicate in Turkish,
  • Possesses analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities,
  • Able to adapt to flexible working hours and a fast-paced work environment,
  • No restrictions on international travel,
  • Holds a Class B driver’s license and actively drives


Job Description:

  • Implement the company's defined export strategies,
  • Conduct international market research and build a potential customer portfolio,
  • Follow international trade regulations and ensure company compliance,
  • Manage and improve export processes,
  • Communicate with international customers and carry out sales operations,
  • Conduct customer visits and participate in fairs in responsible countries (French-speaking African countries),
  • Coordinate logistics, customs clearance, and transportation processes,
  • Prepare export reports and present them to management.
