Export Sales Supervisor

Job Description

NILEWOOD  is looking for a results-driven  Export Sales Supervisor  to lead and expand our international sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing export markets, managing overseas clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute export sales strategies to expand into new international markets.
  • Identify and build relationships with distributors and overseas clients.
  • Manage the full export cycle (quotations, negotiations, contracts, shipping coordination).
  • Follow up on payments, documentation, and export compliance requirements.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Achieve export sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in Export Sales (preferably in manufacturing or FMCG).
  • Proven experience in international market development.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Very good command of English (additional language is a plus).
  • Good understanding of export documentation and shipping procedures.
  • Ability to travel when required.
  • Target-oriented and commercially driven.
