We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Import/Export Documentation Executive with at least 1-2 year of relevant experience. The role involves preparing, verifying, and maintaining all documentation related to import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and timely coordination with clients, shipping lines, customs, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, verify, and process all import/export documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, LC documentation, etc.)
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, transporters, and customs agents for smooth movement of goods.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Maintain proper records of all shipment-related documents.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to update shipment status.
- Assist in resolving documentation or shipment-related discrepancies.
- Support the logistics and operations team as required.
