We are seeking passionate and dedicated Extended Day and Substitute Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for preschool and elementary learners. These roles involve creating engaging activities and experiences while supporting the developmental needs of Preschool through 8th grade children. The Extended Day teachers will play a crucial role in shaping enriching activities and experiences for our students, ensuring that each child receives the attention and guidance they need to thrive and have fun.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities and experiences that align with educational standards and promotes childhood development.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to create a supportive community.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations within the daycare setting.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
• Previous experience working with children in daycare or educational environments.
• Ability to create engaging activities that foster learning through play.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
