Exterior Cleaning Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Exterior Cleaning Manager. As an Exterior Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining company standards for work performed. You will need a knowledge of what treatments to use, and when it is appropriate and inappropriate to use them. You will be performing a variety of exterior cleaning services. Some of which are listed below. This is a seasonal position that offers 30 – 50 hours per week, Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm. Some night and weekend work is required. The starting wage is $22.75 - $27/hour, depending on your experience level.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Soft-washing siding

· Applying treatments to roofs

· Pressure-washing concrete

· Washing windows

· Cleaning gutters

· Washing and staining decks/pavers/stamped concrete

· Other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Strong work ethic

· Ability to carry up to 50 pounds

· Attention to detail

· Willingness to use a ladder (occasionally)

· Reliable transportation

· Friendly personality

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who has 3+ years of full-time experience in pressure washing. 2+ years of window cleaning would also give you a step ahead in this position. Professional leadership skills are a must. Being bi-lingual is also a plus.
