Exterior Cleaning Technician

Position:

-Exterior Cleaning Technician

Schedule and Compensation:

- 30 to 50 hours per week

-$25 an hour base pay to start, then 30% commission on job sites after one month

Key Responsibilities

-Perform exterior cleaning services, including house washing, siding cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof treatments, and surface restoration

-Operate pressure washing and soft wash equipment safely and efficiently

-Follow eco-friendly cleaning practices and properly handle environmentally safe solutions

-Set up, inspect, and maintain equipment before and after each job

-Communicate professionally with homeowners on-site and represent the company with a positive attitude

Expectations:

-Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

-Comfortable working on ladders and around residential properties

-Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results

-Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented

-Willingness to learn and grow within a performance-driven company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
