Exterior Cleaning Technician

Job Description:

We are hiring motivated and reliable Exterior Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team at Reflections. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality exterior cleaning services and exceptional customer service experiences. We clean windows, pressure wash, soft wash, clean out gutters, install gutter guards, and install holiday lighting seasonally.

No experience required—we provide training.

You will be working outdoors and providing services, including:

• Window Cleaning (residential and commercial)
• Pressure & Soft Washing (homes, driveways, sidewalks, patios)
• Gutter Cleaning, Gutter Guard Installs
• Holiday Lighting installation and removal (seasonal)

Pay & Growth:

$18–$22+ per hour starting pay, depending on experience

• Performance-based Pay available (based on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction)
• Potential to make money by leaving door hangers or business cards at homes/businesses as well

Top performers have strong earning potential with bonus opportunities like learning sales (doorknocking, cold calling, etc. to receive % of jobs instead of being restricted to hourly pay)

What the Job Looks Like:

• Working at different residential and commercial properties each day
• Interacting directly with customers in a professional manner
• Using ladders, hoses, pressure washing equipment, and cleaning tools
• Working in various weather conditions
• Team Lunch Breaks to build camaraderie

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation, a vehicle for storing equipment, for an increase in pay
• Ability to perform physical, outdoor work
• Strong communication and openness to learn the customer service mindset

Equipment (future expectation)

• Team members may have the opportunity to store company equipment in their personal vehicle. In those cases, additional compensation and equipment handling responsibilities will be provided.
