Towercraft is an innovative system that performs exterior facade cleaning of high-rise buildings using advanced engineering and robotic technologies.
Replacing traditional rope-based cleaning methods, the robot is operated remotely and safely performs facade cleaning under the supervision of a qualified operator.
We are currently seeking an “Exterior Facade Cleaning Robot Operator” who will manage the robot on-site and perform basic technical interventions when necessary.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Operate the Towercraft exterior facade cleaning robot safely, efficiently, and in line with operational plans
- Perform system checks before and after operations
- Control and monitor the robot via remote control and camera systems during operations
- Execute basic technical interventions in case of malfunctions or unexpected situations
- Fill out operational forms, inspection checklists, and daily reports accurately and completely
- Carry out mechanical and electrical maintenance procedures in accordance with company standards
- Work with a continuous-improvement focus to enhance operational safety and efficiency
TRAINING & CERTIFICATION
Operators hired for this position will be included in a specialized training program under the Towercraft Academy, covering:
- Robotic exterior facade cleaning operations
- Safe usage and maintenance procedures
- Basic fault detection and intervention
- Operational simulation exercises
Participants will be certified upon successful completion.

Skills
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge and experience in Mechanical or Electrical–Electronics fields (proficiency in at least one is mandatory)
- Familiarity with 480V AC, 380V AC, 220V AC, 24V DC systems and ability to use basic measurement tools
- Technical competence to handle small-scale malfunctions on-site
- Experience in facade cleaning, BMU systems, cranes, suspended platforms, or industrial equipment is an advantage
- Ability to read technical documentation and electrical diagrams
- Ability to use mechanical hand tools safely and efficiently
- Strong understanding of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) rules and ability to perform operations accordingly
- No travel restrictions; physically capable of active field duty
- A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a problem-solving mindset
- Preferably able to communicate in English
- Preferably holds a Working at Heights Certificate (or able to obtain one)
- Completed military service (for male candidates)
