Exterior Maintenance Technician / General Helper (Full-Time)

Homeland Inc. Maintenance Department are seeking a dependable and hardworking Exterior Maintenance Technician to join our team serving the London/Corbin area. This is a full-time position for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working outdoors, and being part of a team. The role focuses primarily on exterior building maintenance and assisting interior technicians as needed.

• Gutter cleaning, minor gutter repair, and splash block installation
• Repair and maintenance of vinyl siding
• Light concrete repair and minor roof repairs
• General exterior building maintenance and upkeep
• Assist interior technicians (“inside techs”) as needed with various tasks
• Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times

• Experience with exterior maintenance, construction, or general labor preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to use hand tools and basic power tools safely
• Able to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks as required
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team

• Full-time position
