Exterior Painter

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Deck Painter to join our team. This position requires starting each workday at our office, where you will meet with the team and depart to job sites in a company-provided vehicle. If you take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy working outdoors, this is a great opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and stripping
• Apply paints, stains, and sealants to decks and outdoor structures
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Transport materials and equipment using company vehicle
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to report to the office daily and travel to job sites
• Previous painting or construction experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
