Exterior Painter - Sports Court

Just Pickle Courts is looking for an experienced Exterior Painter - Court Surface Finisher to join our crew. This role involves applying and finishing athletic courts and recreational surfaces with acrylic materials. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with acrylic surfacing systems, coatings, and finishing techniques to deliver high-quality, durable, and visually appealing results.

Key Responsibilities

• Mix and apply acrylic finishes
• Ensure consistent coverage, adhesion, and durability of coatings, and apply multiple layers as needed
• Accurately measure, lay out, and apply sport-specific lines
• Ensure compliance with official game regulations and client requirements.
• Inspect completed surfaces for smoothness, color consistency, and finish quality
• Maintain equipment, tools, and materials for safe and efficient use.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in exterior painting, acrylic surfacing, sports court finishing, or related coating applications.
• Strong knowledge of acrylic-based products, surface preparation techniques, and finishing processes.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs, bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
