Job Summary: The Exterior Wood and Stucco Technician works with a team performing exterior residential apartment remodeling work.

Salary: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Locations: Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire

Position Type: Full Time

Work Days: Monday- Friday

Essential Job Duties:

• Work with a crew to meet project goals, deadlines, and budget requirements.

• Perform multifamily residential apartment exterior construction and repairs with wood and stucco.

• Be productive and help form a unified team.

• Maintain safety, discipline, and quality control.

• Meet daily with Foreman and crew to receive priorities of the day.

• Keep job site neat and clean at all times.

• Handle all job site requirements in a timely manner.

• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor and accept constructive criticism.

• Adhere to the policies and procedures manual and company uniform policy.

• Arrive to work on time, follow directions, and interact well with coworkers and residents.

• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Superintendent or Management.

Requirements:

• Must be experienced with carpentry and stucco work.

• Experience with other trades, advanced skills, crew leadership, or running your own units is a plus.

• Must have a good attitude and be comfortable taking direction from Superintendents, Foremen, and Management.

• Must have your own set of tools, including power tools such as: skilsaw, Sawzall, nail gun, cordless drill, etc.

• Physical ability to bend, stretch, stand, climb stairs and walk for long periods up to three hours before taking a break.

• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• The ability to work safely on ladders.

• Willingness and ability to work overtime if necessary.

• Willingness and ability to travel to different job sites daily.
