Role Summary: The External Communication Consultant will be responsible to ensure consistent, accurate, and impactful communication of the HT/FL Project’s progress, performance, and key milestones to internal and external stakeholders, including EXCOM, Board of Directors, and strategic partners. The role serves as the central point for developing high-quality executive reports, management dashboards, and communication materials that align with corporate standards and governance expectations.


Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project reporting packages for EXCOM and Board meetings, highlighting key performance indicators, milestones, risks, and achievements.
  • Translate complex technical and financial data into clear, visually engaging executive summaries and presentations.
  • Coordinate with the PMO, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance teams to consolidate and validate project data.
  • Design and manage the project MIS framework ensuring accurate, timely, and automated data flow for decision-making.
  • Implement structured templates for progress tracking, resource utilization, and cost monitoring aligned with project governance.
  • Develop interactive dashboards to visualize project status, risk metrics, and forecasted performance using digital tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Excel-based systems).
  • Ensure data integrity and alignment with project KPIs and corporate reporting standards.
  • Prepare communication briefs, progress summaries, and milestone reports for external partners, investors, and regulatory entities as required.
  • Support the preparation of project updates for inclusion in corporate communication or investor relations materials, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Proven experience in executive communication, project reporting, or MIS roles.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, with proficiency in dashboarding and visualization tools.
  • Excellent written communication and stakeholder management capabilities at senior executive and board levels.


Skills:

  • Advanced Power BI / Tableau / Excel (Power Query / VBA).
  • Excellent presentation and data storytelling skills.
  • Strong analytical and visualization abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to synthesize large volumes of data into concise executive insights.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and aesthetics in report design.
  • Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI) or Tableau Certification
