External Consultant – ServiceNow Developer (Remote)

Experience: 4–5+ years

We are hiring an External Consultant – ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and deliver innovative ServiceNow solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise, functional knowledge, and the ability to work independently while driving automation and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs.
• Configure and customize ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
• Develop advanced scripting, workflows, business rules, and integrations.
• Build dashboards and reports for KPIs and performance metrics.
• Execute web service integrations with external systems.
• Provide technical/functional support across ServiceNow modules.
• Contribute to HRSD, SPM, and Facility Management projects (advantageous).
• Maintain best practices, documentation, and high-quality code.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM implementation and support.
• Hands-on with client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and workflows.
• Experience with reporting dashboards, integrations, and web services.
• Exposure to HRSD, Facility Management, SPM (a plus).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and innovative thinking skills.

Certifications

• Mandatory: ServiceNow CSA + CIS-ITSM
• Nice to Have: Additional ServiceNow / IT-related certifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹471,876.22 - ₹1,716,208.48 per year
