External Marketer Opportunity – Skilled Nursing Facility (Nashville, TN)

Your Role Will Include:

• Developing and nurturing referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and community partners

• Representing our facility at community events, networking functions, and professional meetings

• Generating qualified referrals and admissions through proactive outreach

• Serving as the face of our facility — a trusted, go-to resource for post-acute and skilled nursing care

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Has healthcare marketing or business development experience (SNF/LTC preferred)
Knows how to cultivate referral networks and drive census growth
