Position Overview
As an External Project Manager at Digital Engage, you will be the bridge between our internal teams and our clients. You’ll manage client-facing projects, ensure deadlines and deliverables are met, and maintain strong communication to build long-term relationships. This role requires a mix of project management expertise, digital marketing understanding, and client service skills.
Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, SEO, paid ads, development, etc.) to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.
• Prepare and deliver regular project updates and performance reports to clients.
• Ensure projects are aligned with client goals and Digital Engage quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing deadlines.
• Foster strong client relationships to encourage retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of project management experience (agency or digital marketing environment is a plus).
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, web design, etc.).
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:$18-$19.50 / hour
