Role Overview
The Extra-Curricular Activity (ECA) Planning Coordinator will be responsible for strategically planning extracurricular activities that enrich the student experience. This role involves designing a diverse, balanced, and engaging ECA calendar that fosters student development, creativity, and community building.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive annual Extra-Curricular Activity (ECA) calendar aligned with academic schedules
- Research and propose new ECA programs, clubs, competitions, and initiatives based on student interests
- Coordinate with faculty, students, and external organizations to plan activities
- Prepare budgets, proposals, and resource plans for ECA events
- Liaise with vendors, speakers, and external partners for ECA planning
- Ensure all ECA planning complies with institutional policies and standards
- Track student participation data and generate reports on ECA engagement
- Collaborate closely with the ECA Execution Coordinator to ensure seamless handover
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Event Management, Student Affairs, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in student activities, event planning, or educational programming
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders including students, faculty, and management
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project planning tools
- Creative thinking with a student-centered approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a school or university environment
- Familiarity with student engagement platforms or ECA management software
Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month
