Roles &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform objective and subjective eye refraction to assess visual acuity</li><li>Identify refractive errors (myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, presbyopia)</li><li>Operate refraction equipment accurately (auto-refractometer, phoropter, retinoscope)</li><li>Record and maintain precise patient examination data</li><li>Assist ophthalmologists during eye examinations and diagnostics</li><li>Ensure patient comfort, safety, and adherence to clinical protocols</li></ul>Qualification Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Optometry, Ophthalmic Technology, or a related field</li><li>Valid registration/licensure (where applicable)</li><li>Relevant clinical experience in eye refraction or ophthalmology setup preferred</li><li>Knowledge of ophthalmic instruments and basic eye care procedures</li><li>Good communication skills and patient-handling ability</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
