Eye Surgery Patient Counsellor (LASIK / Cataract)

Candidate must have experience in patient counselling at an Eye Hospital. Responsibilities include counselling patients for LASIK, Cataract, Retina and other eye procedures, explaining treatment plans, procedure details, costs, and post-treatment care. The role requires guiding patients through decision-making with clarity and empathy.

The candidate should be able to coordinate with doctors, optometrists, OT staff, and front office to ensure smooth patient flow. Maintaining counselling records, follow-ups, and converting consultations into procedures will be part of the role.

Optometrists with strong counselling and patient-handling experience may also apply.

Good communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi, and English are mandatory. Prior experience in an ophthalmology or eye hospital setup is essential.

Pay: ₹16,966.59 - ₹300,000.00 per month
