Eyebrow and Eyelash Artist

Position Overview
We’re seeking a talented and detail‑oriented Eyebrow & Eyelash Artist to join our aesthetic team in Northbrook, IL. This is a commission‑based role (per treatment) with tips, ideal for an artist who prefers a flexible, on‑call style schedule — you’ll come in as clients book, allowing you to build your own steady flow over time while maintaining autonomy and balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lash Services — lash lifts and lash tinting.
• Brow Services — Brow shaping, waxing, tinting, and lamination tailored to each client.
• Client Consultations — Assess goals, recommend services, and educate clients on aftercare.
• Sanitation + Safety — Maintain a clean, compliant, and organized treatment space.
• Retail Recommendations — Suggest home‑care products to support results.
• Client Experience — Provide a warm, elevated, boutique‑level experience.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois esthetics or cosmetology license
• Experience in lash extensions and brow artistry (1+ year preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and artistry
• Excellent communication and client‑care skills
• Passion for beauty and continuous learning
• Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule

Schedule & Compensation

• Commission per treatment + tips
