Eyebrow Threading Artist

Rita’s Salon & Spa is looking for a skilled and detail-orientedThreading Specialist to provide professional threading services and help clients look and feel their best. The threading specialist will consult with clients to assess their preferences, make informed recommendations, explain services, and ensure client satisfaction. You will be expected to provide precise, high-quality threading services while maintaining a warm, professional, and welcoming environment.

Threading Specialist Responsibilities

• Providing eyebrow threading and additional facial threading services (lip, chin, sideburns, forehead, etc.).
• Adhering to appointments in a timely manner by monitoring the schedule.
• Greeting clients warmly, making them feel comfortable, and thanking them sincerely on departure.
• Consulting with clients to understand desired brow shapes and recommending suitable styles.
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workspace at all times in line with state board standards.
• Educating clients on aftercare and recommending other salon services or retail products when appropriate.
• Building strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Promoting Rita’s Salon & Spa as a luxury one-stop destination for beauty and wellness services.
• Informing supervisor of any client concerns or inappropriate behavior.

Requirements

• Proven experience in eyebrow threading and facial threading services.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in shaping brows.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently, maintaining both speed and accuracy.
• Commitment to sanitation, hygiene, and professionalism.
• Cosmetology/esthetician license (preferred, depending on state requirements).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.82 - $25.07 per hour
