Eyebrow Threading Technician

Job Summary
Omnia Salon & Barbershop is seeking a talented and professional Eyebrow Threading Specialist to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who already has an established client base and is passionate about providing exceptional beauty services in a modern, welcoming environment

Responsibilities

• Perform precise eyebrow threading to shape and define clients’ eyebrows according to their preferences and facial features
• Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable eyebrow shapes and grooming techniques
• Maintain a clean, sanitized work area in compliance with health and safety standards
• Assist clients with additional beauty services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, or makeup application when needed
• Educate clients on skincare routines, aftercare, and available treatments like dermabrasion or dermal fillers
• Operate salon software systems like MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process transactions
• Uphold high standards of sanitation and hygiene throughout all procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience in hair threading, cosmetology, or related beauty services preferred
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques to promote additional treatments and products
• Familiarity with salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive client experience
• Ability to perform body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and other aesthetic procedures is a plus
• Understanding of sanitation protocols and safety standards in a salon environment
• Certification or licensing in cosmetology or esthetician practices required where applicable
• Willingness to learn new skills including makeup application, dermabrasion, or nail care treatments
