We are seeking an Eyelash Extension and Brow Threading Specialist to join our dynamic team. Located in Deep Ellum, we have been open for 12 years! We are looking to hire a someone with an esthetics or cosmetology license and experience in the Lash Extension Industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a lively, supportive environment dedicated to beauty, confidence, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and comfort for every client
• Shape, tint, and define eyebrows to complement individual facial features and preferences
• Provide professional consultations to recommend suitable lash and brow styles based on client needs
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff
• Use salon software systems like Square to schedule appointments, update client records, and manage bookings efficiently
• Educate clients on aftercare routines for eyelash extensions and brows to promote longevity and health

Skills

• Proven experience in eyelash extensions application and brow threading
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
• Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols at all times
• Licensed Cosmetologist or Esthetician
