Lash and Company Med Spa Longmont is looking for a talented and motivated Licensed Esthetician/Eyelash Extension Artist who is eyelash extension certified to join our growing team! We’re a fun, professional, and supportive environment where passion for beauty, reliability, and teamwork truly matter.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking an esthetician who is:

• Licensed in the state of Colorado
• Has at least 2 years of hands-on experience with eyelash extensions
• Skilled in advanced skincare services, including:
• Microneedling
• Dermaplaning
• Facials
• Microdermabrasion
• Knowledge of permanent makeup (PMU) is a plus
• Positive, upbeat, and friendly with clients and coworkers
• Reliable, professional, and committed to providing excellent service
• Eager to learn new techniques and grow within our med spa

Responsibilities:

• Perform professional lash extension and skincare services with precision and care
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and communication
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
• Support team goals and assist with spa events or trainings
• Stay current on new trends and treatments in aesthetics
